Had pulled-pork benedict. It was juicy, very flavourful and well-cooked! :) The atmosphere is relaxing and it was playing 80's rock ballads which I love!! Most importantly, it's the service staff that made my experience great - very friendly, attentive, prompt while still maintaining a relaxing feeling, carried a very positive vibe, always greeted with a smile.

This place is incredible! Don't let the descriptions of the food fool you, this is a place for the palette! I have loved every breakfast item I have had here! Everything is perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and followed up with by the chef to ensure everything is good. The staff is super friendly and attentive, which is hard to find in other restaurants. Other than coffee cups without handles, and such a small space, there are virtually no downsides to coming here. I will continue coming back again and again.

We usually do not eat ramen soup but had to try the dry ramen following the reviews and it was sooo good (really do not miss this one). Also, the textural mushrooms were excellent. We have never eaten anything alike before (Avocado toast was more common but also very good). And then it was breakfast but we still had to try the ice sandwich and that definitely was the right decision. Crunchy, sweet, salty... just to die for. So yes that is one of the best food we had and would it have been served in a sophisticated restaurant we would not have been disappointed a bit! Also, the chef and staff were super attentive and even if the restaurant was full we didn't have to wait long. I would love to come back if we were not leaving tomorrow!

Sooooo so good. And they are really nice. Make you feel at home. I love that place

I had some great experience at this restaurant! Amazed by the menus and didn’t have much time to try all of them. I ended up ordering the Textures of Mushrooms which was great. The fried veggie (forgot the name) was very crunchy, the mushrooms with seaweed paste were umami bomb! Bawang Goreng was simple yet amazing little details that bring the dish into another level. Rye bread was fantastic. 1-hour drive was definitely worth it.

Belongs on chef’s table
A great example of intentionality in every ingredient. It is a true sensory experience. To make it even more thought-provoking the chef will welcome you & is a perfectionist in his craft.
You might be thinking this will be expensive. Incorrect it is equivalent to other local brunch places in the Canggu area. Sensorium is gifting you an affordable chef’s table experience don’t miss out!

Sensorium lived up to its lofty expectations with ease, offering an incredibly diverse fusion menu featuring everything from quesadillas to ramen. But don’t let that confuse you, because the attention that Chef William has paid to each dish shines through. The espresso was good, but the pulled pork eggs Benedict was honestly mind blowing, one of the best things I’ve eaten in recent memory. SENSORIUM needs to be on your list of top eats to try in Bali! Can’t wait to come back for the ramen. Staff was super friendly and attentive as well!

If Sensorium is not on your Canggu food bucket list, put it there!
We stumbled upon this place by chance and decided to randomly get a late lunch. This was the best accidental find we could have imagined. The menu is phenomenal with the flavors being perfectly matched by an obviously experienced chef (even though Sensorium was opened less than a year ago) and it is run by a lovely, welcoming group of staff.
Could not recommend it enough!

This was my favorite restaurant in Bali. The ramen was so good we came back to have it again. We also tried the ice cream sandwich the second time, and it was one of the best desserts I have ever had. The lovely chef came to our table and explained the food and it was obvious he put a lot of thought and love into everything. The rest of the staff was also wonderful. If I’m ever back in Bali you can bet I’d eat here again!!

Best scrambled eggs I've had in my entire existence! The eggs were packed with so much flavour. As the food was presented, the chef came over and explained the details of each dish and any suggestion on how it should be eaten. It was apparent that a lot of time, effort and love are devoted to each dish.

Let’s be clear, Sensorium is not your usual cafe and is in a different league to all the cafes that just do different variations of food with avocado, frozen fruit, quinoa, etc.
It is a gem in Bali. And in any city.
We’ve been there 3 times during our stay in Bali, whilst all the other cafes like Motion, Eden, Organic, Milu by Nook, Penny Lane, etc, we’ve only been to once each and felt they are all the same, with nothing that stands out days and weeks after the meal.
But with Sensorium, I’m still thinking of its Bulgogi Burger, The Earthy Plate, Ramen, and most of all, the Ice Cream Sandwich. We even saw a guy who came in only for the Ice Cream Sandwich! It’s the only dessert available.
The menu is short, focused and clearly knows what it wants to convey; the food sounds familiar but the taste is refreshing and elevated with surprises here and there. It’s a joyous affair on the tongue, food made with a lot of love, passion and finesse from a young chef.
The Bulgogi Burger has a meat patty that is well marinated, rich but still lightened with a squeeze from the charred lime. A satisfying and messy eat! :-)
The Earthy Plate. Even though it’s just charred vegetables, its all done very delicately and it all comes together very well with a hummus base. Enjoyed how the different flavors emerge to give a hearty meal.
The Bacon & Egg Roll and Pulled Pork Benedict are worthy mentions too. In fact, all items are.
To us, the best was the Ice Cream Sandwich. 2 rectangular sandwiches, made of grilled buttered and salted bread, one sandwiches a delightful and surprising beetroot ice cream, dusted with sesame powder. This is your palate cleanser before diving into the other sandwich; a salted caramel ice cream sandwich which has a lot of depth in the flavour. The use of Balinese salt seems to give the ice cream a lot more personality than the usual salted caramel ice-cream.
My only quibs were the restaurant is really too warm during the day to be able to enjoy the food properly. And there is a table that is smack right in front of the toilet door, which is really unpleasant to be seated.
The team is young, clearly passionate and proud of the food they serve. And they should be. I’ve not been so excited about a restaurant in a long time.
So forget about all the other cafes that serve lilac or red smoothie bowls that are mostly gram-worthy. This is seriously good food that makes your tastebuds rejoice!

Food was amazing, went for breakfast, loved it so much so we came back for lunch. Extremely reasonable prices. The chef takes so much pride in his food it was very heartening to watch. He even bothered coming over to our table to explain what he does with the food and you could tell the amount of effort and thought he put into it.
Place was clean and well decorated as well.

Wow. The food here is exquisite! The chef and owner William is the loveliest chap ever, he took time to explain our dishes and the inspiration behind them and how he balanced flavours. My wife had the dry Ramen and I have the ramen soup, it was the best bloody ramen I have ever had. If you are in Canggu you HAVE to have breakfast or lunch here. If I could give another star I would.

Staying in Canggu for a month and of all the places to eat in Canggu Sensorium by far has the most flavorful food in the area. The staff is fantastic and the food even better. Pork Belly Eggs Benedict is an absolute must order.

beyond amazing. ordered the pulled pork eggs benedict and wow. the pulled pork was so incredibly tender and flavourful. the bread was lightly toasted such that it wasn’t difficult to cut through while still maintaining a crunch, but still soft on the inside. the chef also took his time in explaining the dishes to us and that helped us better appreciate the food.

My oh my... Sensorium was a recommendation from a good friend, who was saying that the food is something special here. Now I can tell you why! Never before have I tasted such delicious Quesadillas. And the staff was incredibly nice.
I wish we had more time to come back another time. At some point, we will! Thank you.

When I arrived i assumed it was a small cafe with decent food. We had a table of 4 and so I was able to sample everyone's food. This was the best food I've EVER had! Everything had an amazing flavor and was so unique. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I could not be more impressed. 5 stars aren't enough.

Great food, great coffee and a lovely team
The Sensorium is by far the best restaurant in Canggu and my biggest culinary experience on Bali or Lombok so far.
Chef and owner William will tell you a short story about each dish, how it was prepared and what the ingredients are.
Besides delicious food, good coffee is served. In terms of taste, it could be a light to medium roasted "Kintamani", prepared with love on a Nuova Simonelli New Appia and a Compak mill.
I am sure that next year when I am in Canggu, I will be able to dine there only by reservation.
Definitely worth a visit.

Perfect. Delicious. Welcoming.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch of dry ramen and quesadillas at Sensorium today. The food was outstanding, thoughtful and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, professional and welcoming, topped with a visit to the table by the chef. And the interior design is beautiful, contemporary and understated. Thanks to everyone involved. Highly recommended!

I am from Sydney Australia on my first trip to Bali. I researched sensorium on a list of cafes to go, not expecting the incredible place we stumbled across. For starters, the staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. I have never been to a cafe where I have felt so welcomed and surrounded by workers who are passionate about what they are creating. Secondly the food. Hands down, the best ramen I have ever had. The chef personally Came to pour my broth of my ramen describing aspects of my dish. That is customer service !!! The cold brew was a beautiful and thick cold brew with delicious chocolate after tone.
Cafe culture is huge in Sydney, and this has got to be one of the best in Sydney and Bali. I would dine here every day if I was local. I couldn’t fault anything about this place. The food was literally incredible and perfect.
A MUST see in Bali.

Chef William does it again. Its our second visit after 6 months, and still one of the most marking culinary experiences we have had after travelling 6 months in Asia. This time we had the pulled pork eggs benedict and ramen noodles with braised mince beef (dry version). I died and went to ramen heaven. We cannot praise this place enough. Staff is attentive and keep refilling your water glasses, checking on you every now and then, and topped with a humble yet incredibly talented Chef who comes to either explain the dish with thorough detail or just check if you enjoyed the meal. This talented young Chef has poured his heart and soul into this restaurant and you can feel it in every bite. Finally someone introducing Canggu to a new flavour & generation of modern Asian cuisine, in a town which is saturated with instagram avocado-toast-type cafes. If you still want your avocado toast for breakfast, then try his Avocado on Toast 2.0 instead and be prepared to return for more soon. @Chef William, we look forward to visiting you again in Bali in the future and wish you all the very best.

This place is amazing! The staff are extremely polite and explain all the flood in explicit detail. The food is all homemade and delicious and the service is amazing. All of the food is served in under 5 minutes and tastes fresh. I strongly recommend this restaurant as it is perfect for breakfast and lunch!

A new gem in the Canggu area. Restaurant standard food at cafe prices. The chef is attentive and goes the extra mile to explain what he’s serving. 5/5 will recommend to anyone looking for a different cafe food fare. I will definitely come back.

The food is here is amazing! I have eaten at most places in Canggu and this one is hands down my go-to for flavour and deliciousness!!!! The staff and owner are super friendly and happy to accommodate any dietary requirements. A must go to while in Canggu!

A true hidden gem.
The kitchen is dead serious about putting out great food. Each dish is explained to you when they bring it to your table. Very good prices when considering the level of skill and dedication brought to the plate.
No wonder they have 5-star rave reviews from over 200 users.
My partner and I ordered the brunch ramen (soup version) and pulled pork benedict. Both delicious. The ramen noodles were the perfect texture. The sourdough (inhouse recipe) was flavourful, light, buttery, insanely good. The pulled pork was seriously good too! Ugh so good ????
The decor is not “made for the gram” but the food here does the talking. Flavour is king.
Can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu!!

Wow! Great Canggu restaurant! My boyfriend and I were both craving ramen and decided to give Sensorium a shot even though they have a limited ramen selection. We were not disappointed! Some of the best broth and noodles that we have ever had - definitely worth going to. Everything else that other people were eating around us looked incredible. The staff was very friendly - you can tell they all love working there! Highly recommend.

WOW! I've never tried a fusion of flavours like this. You MUST eat here. I had the pulled pork eggs and the crispy quesadilla. It blew my mind. Just delicious. Service is incredible. And I thought it was cheap for the kinds of plates they serve. I found this little gen walking around Canggu and I want to come back every day during my trip

The food is on another level compared with the rest of the options in Bali, clearly, this place makes the difference.
We ordered 3 dishes and the 3 were great.
The price is low for the quality, the location isn't that centric that might be why is so affordable but the experience is amazing.
This place is my top 1 restaurant in Bali and I lived here for around 7 months

Had a wonderful lunch in Sensorium. Ordered the bulgogi burger and the ramen. The beef was prepared well and delivered a strong and bold flavour, combined with the sauce and the bun, creating a balance of sweet and savoury. The ramen was spectacular, I can vouch that Sensorium serves one of the best ramens in Bali. The broth was clean and light to the tongue, while still pulling a powerful remark on the taste buds. The toppings were prepared well too. Moreover, Sensorium charges a pretty reasonable price for their dishes! ????????

Ate here every day for the 4 days spent in Canggu. Loved everything on the menu. Managed to work out way through it all. Not a single thing I wouldn’t recommend. Favourite dishes were the Soupless Brunch ramen and pulled pork Eggs Benedict

Everything we ate was excellent!
We already went 3 consecutive days, it doesn't compare with other places.
The prices are very good, the attention of the owner and the team is excellent. The chef takes the time to answer the doubts of the guests and serve the dishes.
Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Tomorrow is our last day in Bali and of course, we will go once again.
I am celiac and the menu has gluten-free options and also on request they adapt to other dishes.
